Delivery Operation Policy of Wholesale Club Ltd:

 

Delivery Charge:

a. For in-house delivery, the delivery charge will be based on the distance and weight of the products. The charge will be fixed by the management and is subject to change without prior notice.

b. Delivery charges will be negotiable for bulk orders based on the product volume.

 

Delivery Time:

a. Delivery will be made within the same day/24-48 hours for in-stock items.

b. For out-of-stock items, the estimated delivery time will be informed to the customer via phone call.

c. Delivery time may vary depending on traffic congestion, natural disasters, political unrest, and other unforeseen circumstances.
