By using this site, the customer confirmed his acceptance of these conditions in return for which we will provide you with access. From time to time we may innovate the conditions so please continue to review the conditions of use whenever accessing or using this site. If at any time customer does not wish to accept these conditions then he may not use this site.
REGISTRATION
1.1. To access and use our Services, the customer must register for a Wholesale Club account by providing his Full Name, Current Address, Phone Number, valid E-mail address, and any others information indicated as required. Wholesale Club may reject your applications for an account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, in our sole considerations.
1.2. You acknowledged that your provided information e.g.- Name, Address, Mobile Number, E-mail Address is valid and does not intend to make any deception indicated.
1.3. Customer acknowledged that Wholesale Club will use customer’s E-mail address/Mobile Number provided on opening an account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method to communicate with you.
1.4. Please use a secure password to avoid unwanted misunderstandings. Wholesale Club cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from the customer’s failure to maintain the security of his account and password.
1.5. An infringement or violation of any term in The Terms & Conditions as determined in the sole consideration of Wholesale Club may result in an immediate termination of customer’s registrations.
1.6. As a customer you do not have any permission to carry out multiple Accounts. For any duplicate identification, the account will be terminated due to false information submission.
1.7. When the customer completes his registration process from that time his account is nontransferable. Only the account holder can terminate his account.
1.8. As a customer you may Update / Edit your Personal / Contact information or may terminate your account at any time through the site (If you do not have Pending Orders).
1.9. If any customer uses official or workplace Identification to open an account (Such as E-mail address, Delivery address, etc.) that is the sole responsibility of the account creator to comply with the Terms, Conditions, policies, and official protocols.
1.10. User Access, Placing Order of products through this site is an agreement between customers and Wholesale Club. That’s indicating you are agreeing and will comply with all terms and conditions.
ORDER
2.1. Customer may order through our site By Category, Brand, Individual product, and many latest features. Which will enrich customer’s shopping experience with Wholesale Club Limited.
2.2. For Any products customers place orders to us that delivery will be subject to availability in Stock.
2.3. When customers place orders online, Wholesale Club will send confirmation about the customer’s details order and will confirm that we have received it on your primary contact point (E-mail, SMS, and Phone Call ETC.) The customer will be needed to inform us immediately if the customer found any incorrectness on the details.
2.4. After ordering, customer’s delivery will be considered as a priority for Wholesale Club Limited. And Wholesale club will deliver customer’s products as on capacity and availability. If the customer’s required service/goods are not available we will let the customer know and talk about that issue.
2.5. Customer will be needed to submit order as per Wholesale Club’s Standard Ordering System. The ordering Method will be modified by Wholesale Club Limited Authority. If any changes happen they will be notified through the site.
2.6. Ordering through the wholesale club has an “International User Operations” guideline which will be very friendly to customers.
2.7. Before ordering please confirm your product's specifications, when an order is placed customer’s ordered product will be considered as a confirmed order.
2.8. Wholesale Club may ask for other details as required for ordering confirmations. And customers are agreed that customer will provide it from time to time.
2.9. While paying in Online Gateway or Another digital mode of payment please ensure sufficient balance to make the payment done.
2.10. On the confirmation details customer will find the necessary details of the customer’s order (such as Products Details, Amount, Payment and Quantity ETC.)
2.11. As a regular customer of Wholesale Club ordering goods should be not intended to resale or not an agent of another party.
2.12. We have vast amounts and ranges of products it may possible that some products are only suitable for a certain range of aged people. So while ordering please keep attention to that.
2.13. The wholesale club is ensuring customers ' ordering and payment privacy as per its dynamic cyber security system.
2.14. Please be sure about our ordering terms and maintain the website’s manners.
2.15. If any customer wants to change his order, she/he has to inform Wholesale Club before 10 am of the scheduled delivery date.
DELIVERY
3.1. After confirming the order, we will deliver the product within 48 hours.
3.2. If any customer changes his registered address, s/he shall update the delivery address before placing any new order.
3.3. If an order is not received within the scheduled delivery time, please call our “Customer/Member Support Department” with the Order Number. We will inform you about the delivery status.
3.4. If the customer is not present at delivery time at the registered address and forgets to update his current address, the customer is liable to pay the delivery charge again for delivering goods to the new address.
3.5. On delivery time, please check every ordered item carefully. When delivery is done Wholesale Club will not be liable for any damage or any loss that happened after delivery.
3.6. If any customer orders Perishable goods (Fresh Fish, Meat, Fruits, Vegetables, Loose Commodities, ETC.) our policy is no return, no exchange, and no refund.
3.7. If any customer’s delivery address is in a limited access area, the customer is liable to take access permission, protocol ETC from concerned authority.
3.8. If Customer (User Account Holder) is not present at the delivery address, Customer’s representative must ensure his/her identity that they are the authorized person to get the delivery.
3.9. Customer can track delivery system anytime through our website.
CANCELLATION
4.1. Wholesale Club reserved the authority of accepting or canceling any order at any time for a valid reason. Based on Availability, Pricing Error, Description mistake ETC.
4.2. Wholesale club will follow up on unverified orders and will try to contact the customer for confirmation. If there is no response from the counterpart, the order will be automatically canceled (As per the authority’s given timeline).
4.3. If any unwanted mistake happened for wrong delivery by Wholesale club-like Damaged Getup, wrong product ETC. We will adjust that at our own cost.
PAYMENT
5.1. After placing an order, the Customer shall pay through an online payment gateway or any other method of payment as prescribed.
5.2. Wholesale Club accepts payments using Visa cards, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, and BKash.
5.3. Online transaction on Wholesale Club is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. We use 256-bit encryption technology to protect customer’s card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.
REFUND/SALES RETURN/EXCHANGE
6.1. Wholesale Club reserves the right to accept or cancel the order due to product unavailability, product weight, wrong product description, price variance, or for any other reason. If the customer wants to exchange anything from confirmed order, he/she will inform us with reference of the order number before 10 am of the scheduled delivery date.
6.2. Customer could exchange non-perishable products if damaged/broken products are delivered by Wholesale Club. Customer shall take necessary measures to check quality, order quantity and delivered quantity and product condition of the delivered products at the time of delivery. After taking delivery by the customer, the Wholesale club will not be responsible for any damage. Moreover, if any customer feels to raise his/her concern about any issue then will communicate with us by phone/text within the delivery date.
6.3. Wholesale Club’s policy for all perishable items (Like Fish, Meat, Vegetables, Fruits, Eggs, and Milk, etc.) is no return no exchange.
6.4. For electronic Device/Gadget related product Warranty/Guarantee/Replacement will be the concern of supplier’s/vendor’s/third party’s servicing policy.
6.5. For exchanging of any delivered products, the customer needs to comply with Wholesale Club’s Operating Procedure. If the customer is eligible to get an exchange or replacement then the delivered product must be in original wrapped/unused/unwashed in any circumstances.
PRICING
7.1. All prices are approximate, current store/body price will be applicable for all products. For any changes, the customer will get a call from our Customer Service Department.
7.2. Customer's total order amount, Order Quantity, and other details will be shown on our website. If any mismatch found please let us know/ please call our Customer Service Department.
7.3. Prices of each product are analyzed and reviewed by our Category Management Team. Wholesale Club is reserved all authority to alter or modify prices at any time.
8. PROMOTIONS.
8.1. Wholesale Club ensures customer’s flexibility and comfort. Always we do practice Promotional Programs.
8.2. To keep update our customers on our promotions Wholesale Club designed the special Offer/Promotion segment. Customers can reach all at one click.

9.7. Do not use any automated system or software to avoid misunderstanding with both parties.
9.8. Do not collect any business-related data from our website. Wholesale Club will terminate any account immediately if this type of incident is found.
9.9. Our Terms and Conditions and our Agreement should be followed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
